According to a report on Hanoi real estate market conducted by Savills Vietnam, CBRE Vietnam, and JLL Vietnam, there is a decline in new supply in Q2-2019. In JLL’s report, the number of apartments launched for sale in Q2-2019 is 5,900 units, which is only half of supply in Q1, and mainly come from subsequent phase of existing projects.
